That is consultant time you get back for billable work.
Three hours per process is a conservative figure: it assumes the consultant already knows the process cold and writes it once, cleanly, with screenshots. It does not count the support calls that arrive later because nobody wrote it down.
The voice is a licensed AI voice, and we say so rather than let you discover it. That is precisely why corrections are free and instant, and why a second language costs nothing. If you need a human voice for a particular client, ask and we will quote it.
Everything else — the steps, the screenshots, the writing, the judgement about what matters — is done by a person.
